Phea turns what you tell her into insights that actually matter.

You already have the sleep score, the cycle app, the ring on your finger. None of it tells you what's actually going on. Phea does.

how it works

A conversation, not another dashboard.

01

She texts what's going on

No app to open, no form to fill out. Just a text, whenever something feels worth mentioning.

02

Phea listens, and connects it

She holds it against where she is in her cycle, how she's been sleeping, what's shifted in her week — not one thing at a time, all of it together.

03

She shows up before the hard days hit

Not a diagnosis. Not a protocol to follow. One small thing worth trying, timed to when it's useful.

phea

gives you the meaning underneath both.

It was never one thing on its own. It's what happens when they all move at once.

questions

The things you'd want to know.

What does Phea actually do?

You text her what's going on — how you're feeling, what's off, what you're curious about. She looks at that alongside your cycle, your sleep, and your movement, and reflects back what's actually connected. Then she gives you one small thing worth trying.

Do I need a wearable?

No. It helps if you already have one — an Oura, an Apple Watch, a Whoop — because Phea can fold that data in. But the texting is the core of it. She works from what you tell her either way.

Is this a cycle tracking app?

Not in the way you're picturing. There's no calendar to fill in and no phase to log. Phea is paying attention to your cycle in the background, alongside everything else you tell her — it's one input, not the whole app.

What happens to what I text Phea?

It's used to understand you and to build what Phea shows you — nothing more. We haven't locked the fine print of our privacy policy yet, and we'll share it plainly here before Phea ever reads a message you send.
