Phea Privacy Policy

1.Information We Collect

Information you provide directly
Your phone number, and any onboarding details you give us — such as your cycle history and the health context you choose to share. Also, the messages you send Phea, including check-ins about your energy, mood, symptoms, and food — whatever you choose to share in conversation.

Information from connected devices (optional)
If you connect a wearable, we collect data such as sleep, heart rate variability (HRV), readiness, activity, and resting heart rate from sources like Oura and Apple Health. Connecting a wearable is always optional — Phea is built to work fully without one.

Information Phea generates
Based on what you tell Phea and any wearable data you connect, we generate cycle phase calculations, patterns, day profiles, and insights about how different factors relate to how you feel. This derived information is protected the same way as the data it's built from.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Power the SMS agent and in-app experience, so Phea can respond to your check-ins and hold a continuous picture of your data
• Calculate your cycle phase and generate your personal patterns, day profiles, and insights
• Send the check-ins, observations, and occasional reminders you've opted in to receive
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Service
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your health data, check-in messages, or wearable data to target advertising to you — on Phea or anywhere else.

3.How We Do Not Use Your Information

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your cycle data, check-in messages, or wearable data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We do not use your information for our own marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

4.Who We Share Information With

We share information only with service providers who help us operate Phea — for example, our SMS delivery provider, app hosting and infrastructure providers, and wearable platforms you've chosen to connect (such as Oura or Apple Health). These providers are limited by agreement to using your data only to provide that service, not for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Phea, our users, or others.

5.Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

6.Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.

7.Your Choices

• Text opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from Phea. Reply HELP for help.
• Access, correction, deletion: Request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by contacting us at support@pheahealth.com.
• Wearable disconnection: Disconnect Oura, Apple Health, or other connected devices at any time in the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or state health-data privacy laws. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8.Children's Privacy

Phea is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and let active users know about material changes.
