Phea Terms & Conditions

1.The Service

Phea is an AI health companion for cycling women. Phea connects your cycle, what you tell it in conversation, and — optionally — your wearable data, to surface personal patterns and insights, such as what tends to be true on your better and harder days. Phea works primarily through SMS text check-ins and an in-app experience that shows what Phea has learned about your patterns over time.

Phea is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Phea surfaces patterns based on what you share — it does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider about medical questions or concerns.

2.SMS Program Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box during sign-up, you agree to receive personalized health text messages from Phea, including check-ins, pattern observations, and occasional reminders.

• Program name: Phea
• Message frequency: Varies based on your activity and check-ins; you may receive multiple messages per week.
• Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from Phea. You'll receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at support@pheahealth.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Not all mobile carriers are supported; coverage may vary.

3.Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, and reside in the United States, to use the Service.

4.Your Account & Data

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, impersonate another person, interfere with the Service's operation, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.

6.No Medical Advice

The Service is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you've seen from Phea. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

7.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phea is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8.Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9.Termination

You may stop using the Service, or text STOP to end SMS messages, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
